Smt. Sitadevi Taparia Charitable Trust was formed In the year 1967.
The Taparia family comes from Rajasthan. Giving back to society and supporting the community has been a very strong value and culture followed through generations. Jaswantgarh where they belong has seen lot of changes and development. They have set up a Girls college, Sanskrit Mahavidhyalaya, , an ITI to skill youth, an Ayurvedic , Homeopathy and Physiotherapy clinic for the community and nearby villages, etc. Medical camps are held annually and mobile computer buses are running to educate people in nearby villages.
Shivratanji Taparia, my father, an industrialist and the managing trustee of Smt.Sitadevi Taparia Charitable Trust walked in her footsteps and kept the ethos of the trust following her principles and values. He firmly believes that women should be groomed to stand on their feet and be financially independent.
